Prices are indicative and may vary.
As a new client, your appointment is only confirmed once the booking fee has been received and the appointment has been officially acknowledged via email.
If your appointment time is no longer suitable and you wish to cancel, you may notify us via email or through our social media platforms.
If, for any reason, you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, please inform us in time. As rescheduling requires administrative capacity, cancellations or modifications can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the reserved appointment (via email or social media), considering our opening hours.
For cancellations made within 48 hours, 50% of the booked service fee must be paid.
For cancellations within 24 hours, 100% of the service fee is payable.
A new appointment can only be scheduled once this amount has been received.
Please ensure that you arrive in good health and without a companion. Otherwise, we may refuse the service, and 100% of the service fee will be charged.
The service provider reserves the right to decline or revoke certain bookings based on individual assessment if the service is deemed not aligned with the salon’s values, operational principles, or client profile.
