If it turns out that the reservation doesn't meet your needs and you wish to cancel the booked appointment, please notify us via email or phone!

If for any reason you cannot attend the salon at the reserved time, please inform us in advance! Considering that rescheduling takes time, cancellation/modification of the appointment is free of charge if done 48 hours before the reserved time (via email or phone), taking into account our opening hours.
